- Each Member is only permitted to hold one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.
- Passwords must be kept securely and must not be shared with any party.

- ntc88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of the national identity card or MyKad, to confirm the validity of the account holder.
- Accounts that are inactive for a specified period may be subject to a management fee or closed in accordance with the policy in force.

- The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM20.
- The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and is processed within one hour after the request is approved.
- All withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require an alternative method with ntc88's agreement.
- ntc88 does not charge any internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
- Any attempt to manipulate the payment system or commit fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Bonus and Promotion Terms

- A bonus may only be claimed once per specified promotion, unless stated otherwise.
